Our Principals

Board certified in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Alexander is graduate of Northwestern University Medical School. He completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at the Naval Medical Center Oakland.  After serving 26 years in the United States Navy, Dr. Alexander moved to Sun Valley, Idaho where he served in numerous leadership roles including Chief of Staff.  While assigned to the Naval Medical Center Oakland, he served as Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Director of both the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program and Surgical Services, and Orthopaedic Specialty Advisor to the Surgeon General of the Navy.  Dr. Alexander remains active academically, lecturing nationally and internationally, and holds the faculty rank of Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, Maryland.

A gruaduate of graduate from Dartmouth College BA cum laude, Dr. Fairman received his M.D. from St. Louis University School of Medicine and then completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.  He served in the National Public Health Corps and since then has been in private practice both in Internal Medicine and in Emergency Medicine.  Board certified in Internal Medicine and having published over 100 patient care articles, Dr. Fairman is a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at the University of Washington.  He has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center and continues to be active in medical staff leadership.

Dr. Fiaschetti received his medical degree from George Washington University in 1973 before completing a surgical residency and vascular fellowship at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center. Board certified and a member of numerous medical societies, Dr. Fiaschetti is now an attending staff member at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center in Sun Valley, Idaho.  There, he has served as Chief of Staff, Chief of Surgery, Credentialing Committee member and hospital board member.  He has extensive experience in medical staff reengineering, peer review and Joint Commission accreditation and is the founder of one of the largest independent practice associations in the nation. A distinguished physician and leader, Dr. Fiaschetti has been in practice for more than 30 years.

Mr. Moses brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to MDReview.  Having served in numerous hospital executive leadership positions for a wide variety of hospitals in Illinois and Idaho, Mr. Moses has extensive experience in service enhancement, management skills training, operational assessment and turnaround, performance improvement, medical staff management and physician partnerships.  He holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Managed Care at the National Center for Managed Healthcare Administration, Bloch School of Business, University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Dave Olsen is the former Sr. Vice President of Culture and Leadership Development at Starbucks Coffee. He joined Starbucks in 1987 and is now serving in an advisory capacity. During his tenure at Starbucks he traveled the world purchasing coffee, led the Research & Development department and published a framework for action that described Starbucks' commitment to support coffee farmers and their communities. In 1999 he took innovative steps to turn his passion for the global community into action, creating the Starbucks Corporation Social Responsibility department and establishing guidelines for the company's global conscience. Mr. Olsen is on the Board of Trustees of Swedish Medical Center and has served on the boards of CARE USA, CARE International, Pike Place Market Foundation and Starbucks Foundation.
