	A. Herbert Alexander, MD Principal
	Board certified in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Alexander has been in practice for over 30 years. He is an experienced, seasoned physician leader. A 1973 graduate of Northwestern University Medical School, he completed orthopaedic surgery residency training at the Naval Medical Center Oakland. After serving over 26 years in the United States Navy, retiring at the rank of Captain, Dr. Alexander moved to Sun Valley, Idaho in 1998 where he is in private practice and an attending staff at St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center. There he has served as Chief of Surgery, Vice-chief of Staff and Chief of the Medical Staff. During a distinguished Navy career and while assigned to the Naval Medical Center Oakland, he has had numerous leadership roles including Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Director of the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program, Director of Surgical Services and Orthopaedic Specialty Advisor to the Surgeon General of the Navy. Dr. Alexander remains active academically, lecturing nationally and internationally, and holds the faculty rank of Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, Maryland.


	Dan S. Fairman, MD Principal
	Dr. Fairman graduated from Dartmouth College BA cum laude. He received his M.D. from St. Louis University School of Medicine. He then completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He served in the National Public Health Corps and since then has been in private practice both in Internal Medicine and in Emergency Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and has published over 100 patient care articles. Dr. Fairman is a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at the University of Washington. He has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center and continues to be active in medical staff leadership.


	Frank L. Fiaschetti, MD Principal
	Dr. Fiaschetti received his medical degree from George Washington University in 1973 before completing a surgical residency and vascular fellowship at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center. Board certified and a member of numerous medical societies, Dr. Fiaschetti is now an attending staff member at St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center in Sun Valley, Idaho. There, he has served as Chief of Staff, Chief of Surgery, Credentialing Committee member and hospital board member. He has extensive experience in medical staff leadership, peer review and Joint Commission accreditation and is the founder of one of the largest independent practice associations in the nation. A distinguished physician and leader, Dr. Fiaschetti has been in practice for more than 30 years.


	Jon Moses, MHA Principal and CEO
	Mr. Moses brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to MDReview. He served from 2002 through 2006 as CEO of MD Squared, the nation's first provider of concierge medicine. From 1997 until 2002, he served as CEO of the St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center in Sun Valley, Idaho where he led its transformation to a modern healthcare system. From 1995 until 1997, he served as Vice President of Ambulatory Services for St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, Illinois and from 1989 until 1995 as Vice President of Patient Services and as Vice President of Service Development for Covenant Medical Center in Champaign, Illinois. Mr. Moses has extensive experience in service enhancement, management skills training, performance improvement, medical staff management and physician partnerships. He holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Managed Care at the National Center for Managed Healthcare Administration, Bloch School of Business, University of Missouri, Kansas City.
